Horrible experience. Old man at the entrance was rude and impatient and was treating someone poorly over the phone when I went in. I asked for help with a part and he grossly told me to find it myself. When I complained other employees began attacking me as well. Old dark place anyway. I'd stay away. Hard to understand the 'very helpful' reviews.
Love this place. Its a family run business and they are all very helpful. I came in to get some advice for a tree house project and lester was able to show me what hardware and sealers I should use. Much better than any homedepot or lowes!
